CrossFit West Houston WOD

******5AM and 6AM classes will be cancelled for 1/24/14 due to weather. We will determine the rest of the morning/day by 8:30 AM*******

Strength: Strict Pull-Ups

4 Rounds of Max Reps w/ 1 min Rest

*Use as little resistance as possible. Shooting for 5+ reps each round.

Conditioning: For Time

30 Walking Lunges w/ KB in Goblet Squat Position (53/35 lbs)

50 Hand-Release Push-Ups

Core Work: Hollow Holds
