Sunday Schedule:

9:30AM CF Class
10:30AM Open Gym
10:45 AM Yoga

Strength: Hang Power Clean

5 sets of 3 Reps

Conditioning: 3 Rounds for Time

200m Sandbag Run

20 Wall Ball Shots

25 Ring Rows (or Inverted Rows)

*Can be done in any order. The sandbags remain outside at all times.
