Strength:

A: Back Squats

*In 12 minutes, build to a heavy set of 5

B. 75% of Heavy 5 x AMRAP

Conditioning: 15 min AMRAP

100m Row (split evenly), then

AMRAP of:

15 Medicine Ball Partner Squats

20 Medicine Ball Sit-Ups

*5 Burpee penalty if ball touches the ground
