Reminder: The CFWH Christmas Party is tonight at Guadalajara from 6 to 9 PM! Come on out and party with your CFWH family! Map.

The 5:30 and 6:30PM classes are canceled.

Strength: Pull-Ups

5 Sets of 5 to 10 Pull-Ups with the Grips Below:

1. Supinated (palms facing you)
2. Pronated (palms facing away)
3. Mixed Grip (R over, L under)
4. Mixed Grip (L over, R under)
5. Your Choice

Conditioning: 4 Rounds for Time

30 DB Snatch

15 Burpees

-Rest 30 seconds-
