Strength: Strict Press

10 minutes to build to a Heavy set of 3

Suggested Rep Scheme: 5-5-3-3-3

Conditioning: 15 min AMRAP

With a partner, complete the following

Buy-In: 400m Farmer’s Carry (switch as needed, KB in each hand)

Then, in the time remaining, go up the ladder:

2 x 10m Shuttle Runs

2 Ground to OH w/ Plate (45/25)

4 x 10m Shuttle Runs

4 Ground to OH w/ Plate

…. and so on up the ladder

*Partner 1 does 2 shuttles and 2 G2OH, then P2 goes. P1 does 4 and 4, then P2, and so on…
