Each Partner must complete 2 Rounds of the following:
500m Row
40 DB Snatch
30 Goblet Squats
20 Burpees
10 Toes to Bar
Partner 2 starts when partner 1 finishes the 500m Row. P2 can not advance to the next movement until P1 has completed it.
