WOD: In Teams of 3
15 min AMRAP:
800m Run (as a team), then in the remaining time:
AMRAP Push Jerks (115/80 lbs)
8 Heavy Ball Slams
12 Burpees
*You will perform as many push jerks as possible and must complete 8 Ball Slams and 12 Burpees while your partners are working, before you are allowed to return to the bar.
