Sign Up Now for our Holiday Body WOD Challenge. All classes will do the Baseline WOD today but it can be done during any class this week if you are participating.

Strength: Thrusters

5 x 70/45/37
5 x 85/60/47
3 x 100/70/57
5 x 120/80/62
3 x 135/95/67
1+ x 145/105/72

Conditioning: Body WOD Baseline

Part A: In 4 minutes, Run 300m + AMRAP DU’s

Part B: In 2 minutes, AMRAP Row for Calories

Part C: In 1 minute, AMRAP Burpees to 45 lbs Plate

Cool Down: Hollow Holds

4 x 30 sec
