Wednesday 10/23/13 – Helen Meets Grace

Wear PINK and help raise awareness for Breast Cancer and Barbells for Boobs!

Partner WOD:

“Helen Meets Grace”
For Time:
3 Rounds of
400m Run (both partners must run together)
21 KB Swings (53/35 lbs)
12 Pull-Ups
…then
30 Clean and Jerks (135/95 lbs)

Partners may split up the KB swings, pull-ups, and c&j’s however they deem necessary. The KB swings can not start until both partners have finished the 400m run. As always, there will be plenty of scaling options.
