Strength: Snatch Deadlifts

3-3-3-2-2 (add wt. per set)

*5 Strict Pull-Ups after each set

Conditioning: 5 Rounds

In 90 seconds:

Sprint 100 meters

10 Hand-Release Push-Ups

AMRAP American KB Swings (53/35 lbs)

*Rest 60 sec between rounds
