CrossFit West Houston WOD

Strength: Back Squat

10 x 60%
8 x 70%
8 x 75%
8 x 80%

*These are high rep sets at a fairly heavy weight. If you know 8 reps won’t happen at 80%, take some weight off your bar. Be smart.

Conditioning: 7 min AMRAP

One Rounds consists of….

1 Clean and Jerk (135/95 lbs)
2 Lateral Burpees
2 Clean and Jerks
4 Lateral Burpees
3 Clean and Jerks
6 Lateral Burpees

Mobility: Couch Stretch

90 sec per Leg
