Conditioning:

A. 10 min AMRAP @ 80%

6 BB Bent Over Rows (75/55 lbs)

10 DB Step-Ups (16 to 20″ Box, quad parallel to ground)

100m Run

–Rest 4 minutes–

B. 10 min AMRAP @ 80%

10 Strokes on Rower

10 Hand-Release Push-Ups

10 Sit-Ups

Cool Down: Tire Flips!

**Focus on constant movement, controlled breathing and perfect mechanics, especially on the bent over row.
