Strength: Back Squat

10 x 60%
8 x 65%
6 x 70%
6 x 75%
6 x 80%

Conditioning: For Time

21-15-9 Reps of:

Box Jumps (24/20″ – Games standard)

Overhead Squats (75/55 lbs)

Rest 30 seconds after each round

Auxiliary Work: 3 x 15 Ring Rows
