Partner WOD:
Each partner completes 6 rounds of:
10 KB Push Press (KB in each hand)
100m Front Rack Walk w/ KBs
Then,
180 American KB Swings as a Team*
*Each partner holds a KB, which may not touch the ground.
Bonus Finisher:
Each partner attempts to traverse the entire perimeter of the pull-up station, with a 3 burpee penalty for each drop off the bar.
