Strength: 5 Rounds
A1. Bench Press x 3 Heavy Reps
*You can go up or down in weight, just make them heavy and use a spotter.
A2. Clean Pull x 5 Reps
*Keep weight moderate and focus on proper body position, full extension, and an explosive vertical jump of the weight.
*Partner up for strength work and use one bar for bench and one bar for pulls.
Conditioning: 3 Rounds
3 min AMRAP:
3 Deadlifts (heavy)
6 Hand-Release Push-Ups
15 Double-Unders (mod = 15 lateral jumps over bar)
