WOD: In teams of 3, complete the following as quickly as possible

Thrusters (115/75 lbs): 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
*P1 does 10 reps, P2 does 10 reps, P3 does 10 reps, P1 does 9 reps, P2 does 9 reps, and so on.

400m Team Weighted Run
