Strength: Press Complex

Set 1: 4 Strict Press + 5 Push Press

Set 2: 3 Strict Press + 4 Push Press

Set 3: 2 Strict Press + 3 Push Press

Set 4: 1 Strict Press + 2 Push Press

*Add weight to each set.

Conditioning: 5 Rounds

In 1 minute, complete 30 Russian KB Swings

Rest 1 minute

*15 Wall Ball Shot penalty for every round you fail to complete.
