Hang (above knee) Squat Clean + Full Squat Clean
Conditioning: Every Minute on the Minute for 8 minutes:
1 Hang Squat Clean

1 Full Squat Clean

1 Front Squat
Suggested load: 70-80% of heavy single
Cool Down: 2 Rounds
5 Tire Flips (solo or partnered, big or small)
10 Toes through Rings
30 sec Side Plank (R+L)
