Partner WOD: 15 min Cutoff
With only one partner jumping rope at a time, complete 500 Double-Unders or 750 Single Unders for time. Every minute on the minute, partners must complete 10 Medicine Ball Sit-ups*
*1 sit-up = both partners sit-up at the same time and pass med ball to each other
Cool Down: 6 x 50m Farmer’s Carry
Work with a partner and hand off the KB’s every 50m until each partner has completed 6 reps.
