Our 9:30AM CrossFit and 10:45AM Yoga Classes are at the Spring Valley City Hall Park on Campbell Rd!

CrossFit West Houston WOD at the Park:

Strength: Five Rounds

10 Alternating Goblet Lunges (5R/5L)

*Work with a partner. I go, you go.

Conditioning: 20 min AMRAP

20 Broad Jumps (10 per partner)

40 Russian KB Swings (20 per partner)

Run a Lap
