Strength: Power Cleans
5 x 3 (Go heavy, not touch and go)
Conditioning: 2 Rounds, each for time:
Sprint 100 yards
5 Deadlifts (heavy, ~80% 1RM)
Sprint 80 yards
4 Deadlifts
Sprint 60 yards
3 Deadlifts
Sprint 40 yards
2 Deadlifts
*Round 2 starts at 5 min on the clock. For example, if you finish round 1 at 2:30, you get 2 and 1/2 minutes of rest. Go hard.
