A2. Toes to Bar: 5 x 10

Alternate between 5 reps of bent over rows and 10 toes to bars for 5 sets.

Conditioning: For Total Reps

2 min ARMAP of Stone to Shoulders

Rest 1 minute

2 min AMRAP of Wall Ball Shots
