Strength: Deadlift Deload

5 x 45%, 5 x 55%, 5 x 65%

5 x 70%, 5 x 70%

Conditioning: In 10 minutes, complete the following:

Part 1: 2 min AMRAP Bench Press

M – 185 lbs
W – 75 lbs

Part 2: Immediately following part 1.

800m Run for Time

Part 3: Immediately following part 2.

AMRAP Burpees in Remaining Time
