Skill: Snatch Work

3 Rounds w/ Bar or Light Weight:

3 Snatch from Above the Knee

3 Snatch Grip Push Press

3 OH Squats

3 Full Snatch

Conditioning: 16 min EMOM

Even Min: 2 Hang Power Snatch + 2 OHS

Odd Min: 8 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
