1000m Row or Run (P1 rows, P2 runs)
20 Heavy Power Cleans
Notes: Partners will decide who will row twice and who will run twice. Both partners will complete their runs/rows at the same time and cannot continue in the workout until their partner has finished theirs. The reps should be split evenly with only one partner working at a time. Choose a challenging power clean weight – one that requires you to alternate partners after each rep.
