Skill: 15 min Snatch Technique Work
Four Sets of:
3 Hang Snatch High Pull (demo is from the ground but these should be from mid thigh)
3 Hang Squat Snatch (Above Knee)
*Keep the weight light and work on technique, bar path, and speed under the bar. Beginners use a bare bar or PVC pipe.
