CrossFit West Houston WOD

Strength: Front Squats

5 x 45%, 5 x 55%, 5 x 65%

5 x 70%, 3 x 80%, 3 x 90%

Conditioning: For Time

Push Jerks (135/95 lbs): 12-10-8-6-4-2

Front Squats (same bar): 2-4-6-8-10-12

*Complete 12 jerks, 2 front squats, 10 jerks, 4 front squats, and so on.
