Warm-Up Skill: 1 TGU R/L

Strength: Dead Hang Pull-Ups

1 Set of Max Reps

Conditioning: Partner WOD

Complete the following for time:

1) 4 x 50m Uneven Farmer’s Carry

P1 works while P2 holds a front plank (each partner completes 4 rounds)

2) 100 Box Jumps

P1 works while P2 holds top of pull-up

3) 150 Medicine Ball Sit-Ups

P1 works while P2 holds top of sit-up
