Skill: Turkish Get-Ups

5 x 1 R/L

Conditioning:

“Fran”

21-15-9 Reps for Time of:

Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
Pull-Ups

**Compare to your time from April 4th by logging in here and clicking “Results” then “Benchmarks.”

—OR,  for 2013 CF Games Open Participants—

CrossFit Games Open WOD 13.5

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

15 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups

If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.
If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes.
