6 Shoulder to OH

9 Shoulder to OH
9 Box Jumps
…. and so on adding 3 reps to each movement

Part 2: For Time
800m Weighted Run (sandbag or heavy slam ball)
60 Lateral Burpees over the Bar
*Partners may alternate and split up the reps however needed on both parts. The run is done as a team, handing off the weight as needed.
