1. Find a 1 Rep Max Bench Press
2. Max HSPU in 60 sec – keep them strict as long as you can, then kip
Conditioning: 4 Rounds not for Time
12 Ring Dips (or stationary)
2 x 40m Sprint (rest ~20 sec between sprints)
*Rest 90 seconds between rounds
Core Work: L-Sits
Accumulate 60 seconds in an L-Sit
