Conditioning:
Within 2 minutes:
Run 200m + Air Squats x AMRAP
Within 3 minutes:
Run 300m + Push-Ups x AMRAP
Within 4 minutes:
Run 400m + Box Jumps x AMRAP
*No rest between intervals. This is a 9 minute workout.
Cool Down: Calf/Achilles Mobility
