A1. Bench Press  – 3 x 5 @ 40,50,60%

A2. Power Snatch – 3 x 3

Conditioning:

Part 1: 10 min EMOM

3 Power Snatches (use 80-85% of Heavy 3 from A2)

6 Front Rack Lunges (3R/3L)

Part 2 (at 10 min on the clock):

150 DU’s for Time (3 min cutoff)
