Strict Pull-Ups x AMRAP

Conditioning: 2 Rounds for Max Total Reps

1 min Ring Push-Ups

1 min Rest

1 min DB Hang Squat Cleans

1 min Rest

1 min Burpees

1 min Rest

*Work in groups of 4 and start at different stations to share equipment.
