CrossFit West Houston WOD

Strength: Deload Week

1. Strict Press – 3 x 5 @ 40, 50, 60%

2. Deadlift – 3 x 5 @ 40, 50, 60%

Conditioning: 12 min AMRAP

9 Deadlifts (115/80 lbs)

7 Hang Cleans

5 Push-Press

3 HSPU (scale to box push-ups)
