In teams of three or four, complete the following in congo-line style – you can’t move until the station in front of you is vacant:
150m Shuttle Run (15m out and back, 25m out and back, 35m out and back)
30 DB Push Press
30 Box Jumps
30 Wall Ball Shots
Wait until everyone is done, rest 1 minute, then do 20 reps of each movement, followed by 10 reps of each on the third and final round.
