Strength: Bench Press
1. 3 x 5 (same weight across, +2.5 lbs to last workout)
2. 85% of Part 1 x As Many Reps as Possible
Conditioning: Partner Endurance WOD
Each Partner Rows 750m (non-working partner must accumulate 1 min in Front Plank Position)
Each Partner Rows 500m (non-working partner must complete 25 Hand-Release Push-Ups)
Each Partner Rows 250m (non-working partner must complete 10 Burpees)
