Strength:
1. Front Squats – 3 x 5 (same weight across, + 5 lbs to last workout)
2. Power Cleans – 5 x 3
Conditioning: 5 min AMRAP
3 Clean and Jerks (135/95 lbs)
5 No Push-Up Burpee Box Jumps*
*Kick the feet back and go down into a plank position (top of push-up), jump back up and onto your box.
