CrossFit West Houston WOD

Strength:

1. Strict Press: 3 x 5 (same weight across, +2.5 lbs to last workout)

2. AMRAP Push Press at Pt. 1 weight (one set)

Conditioning:

5 Rounds for Time:

5 Deadlifts (275/185 lbs)

40 Double-Unders

*Scale the DL weight accordingly. The target time range is 8 minutes here.
