Mobility: Super Squat Hip Sequence
Strength: Back Squat
3 x 5 (same weight across, +5 lbs to last workout)
Partner WOD: 8 Rounds for time (4 per partner)
15 Thrusters (75/55 lbs)
200m Row
*One person working at a time. The bar may not touch the ground during the workout. For example, P1 completes 15 thrusters and hands the bar off to P2 who holds the bar in the front rack position during P1’s 200m Row. Once P1 has completed the row P2 can start on thrusters.
