CrossFit West Houston WOD

Strength: 10 min EMOM

3 Shoulder to OH (tough) + 4 Tall Box Jumps

Conditioning: With a Partner, for time

Run 800m

60 Sit-Ups

50 Pull-Ups

40 Burpees

30 Pull-Ups

20 Burpees

10 HSPU

*Partition the reps as needed but each partner must do exactly half of the work
