Strength:

Bench Press – 3 x 5 (+2.5 lbs to last workout)

Hang Power Snatch – 5 x 3

Conditioning: 5 min AMRAP

1 Hang Snatch

1 Ball Slam (Heavy)

2 Hang Snatch

2 Ball Slams

3 Hang Snatch

3 Ball Slams

This is one full round. After completing 3 reps of each movement start back over at 1 and 1.

Core Work: 15 Barbell Roll-Outs
