1. Bench Press: 3 x 5 (same weight across, + 2.5 lbs to last week)

2. Power Clean: 5 x 3 (same weight across)

Conditioning:

75 Hand Release Push-Ups for Time

*EMOM (starting at 0) do 2 Push Jerks (155/105 lbs)

Core: L-Sits
