A2. Strict Press – 3 x 5 (same weight across, +2.5 lbs to last week)
Conditioning: 3 Rounds, not for time
7 Negative HSPUs
15 Ring Rows (3-5 MUs for advanced)
2 x 50m Sprints* (take 10 breaths between sprints)
*Complete the tasks in any order resting 30 to 45 seconds between movements. A total of 6 sprints will be done (2 each round).
Finisher: 2 x 20 Band Pressdowns
