WOD: 25 min AMLAP
Working in teams of 2 or 3, run as many laps as possible. Your team will have one sandbag that cannot touch the ground once the workout has started. There will be three checkpoints where your team must stop and perform the following movements:
1. 30 flutter kicks each (2-count)
2. 20 squat jumps each (can be done with sandbag on back)
3. 10 Shoulder to OH w/ Sandbag each
*Multiple partners can work at the same time as long as the sandbag does not touch the ground. Be creative. Carrier of the sandbag must switch at each checkpoint.
