Strength:

In 12 minutes, find your max in the following complex:

Power Clean + Squat Clean + Front Squat

*Reps must be completed within 20 seconds (touch and go is NOT required)

Conditioning:

Part 1: 5 min AMRAP @ 70% of  Max

Power Clean

Squat Clean

Front Squat

Rest 2 minutes

Part 2: Alternating Tabata

4 Rounds of:

20 seconds of DU’s

10 seconds Rest

20 seconds Front Plank Hold

10 seconds Rest
