1. Pull-Ups

2. Bent Over Row w/ KBs or DBs – 3 x 15,12,9 R/L – Get heavier with each set

Conditioning:

In 10 minutes, complete the following:

Part 1: 3 Rounds for Time

200m Run

20 Russian KB Swings

10 Burpees

Part 2: In the time remaining

AMRAP Double-Unders

*Record both scores (time and reps)
