Warm-Up:

35% x 5, 45% x 5, 55% x 3

Work Sets:

67% x 5, 77% x 3, 85% x 1+

Conditioning: For Time

HSPU: 10-8-6-4-2

Hang Squat Cleans (155/105 lbs): 5-4-3-2-1

*Advanced do 15-12-9-6-3 HSPU

Extra Work: Heavy Wall Balls

3 sets of 12 reps
