Strength: Front Squat

Percentages based off of 1 Rep Max Front Squat.

Log in here and click on “Results” then “Max Effort.”

Warm-Up:

35% x 5, 45% x 5, 55% x 3

*30 sec HS Hold between warm-up sets only

Work Sets:

65% x 3, 72% x 3, 80% x 3+

Conditioning:

21-15-9 Reps for Time of:

Squat Cleans (95/65 lbs)

Hand-Release Push-Ups

Toes to Bar
