Strength: Front Squat

Percentages based off of 1 Rep Max Front Squat.

Log in here and click on “Results” then “Max Effort.”

Warm-Up:

35% x 5, 45% x 5, 55% x 3

Work Sets:

60% x 5, 70% x 5, 77% x 5+

*No more than 2 minutes rest between work sets

Conditioning: 5 Rounds for total time:

100m Sprint

7 Toes to Bar

5 Front Squats (155/105 lbs)

*Rest exactly 30 seconds

Mandatory Mobility: Couch Stretch

90 seconds on each side
